By accessing or using the Here classroom management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Here provides a classroom management platform that includes GPS-verified attendance tracking, quiz creation and grading, and classroom analytics. The Service is designed for educational institutions, teachers, and students.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Teachers and students must use valid academic email addresses when registering.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the Service only for lawful educational purposes
- Not attempt to manipulate GPS location data or attendance records
- Not share account credentials with others
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
5. Subscription and Payments
The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free accounts have limited features (2 classes, 30 students per class). Paid subscriptions provide unlimited access. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
6. Data Handling
We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices. Location data is only collected during active check-in sessions and is not tracked outside of classroom hours.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Here and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
